Visit of Central Headquarters Managers of ACECR to the Royan Comprehensive Genetics Center

A delegation of managers from the central headquarters of the Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research (ACECR) visited the Royan Comprehensive Genetics Center and toured various departments of the facility.

According to the Public Relations Office of Royan Institute, on the morning of Tuesday, July 21st, a group of managers from ACECR's central headquarters visited the Royan Comprehensive Genetics Center and inspected several departments of the center, including Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), genetic counseling, genetic disease screening, and specialized laboratory services.

The ACECR managers expressed their appreciation for the scientific advancements and innovative services provided at the center and emphasized the necessity of expanding technological, research-based, and specialized genetic services across the country.

During the visit, a report was presented outlining the center’s latest activities, ongoing projects, and scientific achievements. The discussion also focused on the existing capacities of the center in promoting public health and preventing genetic disorders.
